Overview

From June 23^th to June 25^th, 2025, Beijing Xingyuan Authentication Center Co., Ltd., an authoritative certification body approved by CNCA and recognized by CNAS, assigned an expert panel to conduct a comprehensive audit related to Changzhou S.C's ISO 9001:2015 quality management system over a period of 2.5 days. This audit focused on key process nodes in the full lifecycle management of photovoltaic cleaning equipment, including contract review, order review, production processes, and quality control, involving core departments such as Management, Human Resources & Administration, the C01 Division, Manufacturing Department I, Procurement Management, and Quality Management. The audit team conducted a critical assessment of the compliance and effectiveness of S.C’ s quality management system through document review, on-site observations, and interviews.

Highlights  

1. Significant Achievements in Cross-Departmental Collaboration: All departments have demonstrated strong coordination in the system operation, particularly in order review, production coordination, and quality control, with smooth processes and clearly defined responsibilities.

2. Continuous Optimization of Process Control: Significant improvement has been seen in the standardization of production processes, with notable results in on-site 6S management.

3. Comprehensive Risk Prevention & Control System: Product's qualified rate has reached 99.72% through the establishment of a standardized risk identification system for critical process flows. Meanwhile, client-side equipment safety audit project has been conducted in an innovative way, effectively reducing after-sales anomaly costs and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Results

Following a three-day strict evaluation by the expert panel, it was confirmed that Changzhou S.C meets the requirements of the GB/T 19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015 international Standard and the Re-certification Quality Management System Certificate with the IAF international mutual recognition mark was officially issued on July 15^th, 2025, valid until July 2028.

Follow-up Action Plan

The Quality Management Department will focus on the following:

· Enhancing quality awareness training for all employees

· Continuously advancing safety audits of equipment at client sites

· Continuously improving the standardization and institutionalization of management systems
